  These shields are similar to Thermal Structures metal foil and fabric insulation systems, in that they have a protective inner and outer skin encapsulating the insulation. We offer a variety of insulation materials and silicone types to meet specific thermal requirements. Typical fire shield applications include fire protection of fluid valves, oil tanks, actuators, ducting, nacelles, and any aluminum or composite structure that may need fire protection.
