Jeff at Ace does not stand behind his repairs to tractors. He picked and our tractor and blower on 3/12/11. We paid $55.50 for parts, $292.50 for labor and $40 pick up and delivery fee. The tractor was able to be used one time across the lawn before it stalled out, which is what we thought we paid for to be fixed. When calling to see what could be the problem we were hung up on, not called back and then told that we must have just gotten bad gasoline. Our car and gas car were filled up at the same time. The car is fine. The customer service and lack of quality work and standing behind your repairs is totally lacking at Ace. Go to Esposito' s across the street.
