Front desk staff was very helpful, providing maps and directions, changed my room when I didn't like the first one. The room was spacious with comfortable king bed, fridge, very clean. Continental breakfast was very nice and the room was set up so it was cozy with tv on and everything I needed. The location was just off the highway but quiet and a short drive away was some awesome scenery and downtown St. Joseph's. If I were passing this way again I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

Staying at the Baymont was a good experience in all aspects. Would not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in the area. Only change I would make is the weather and I know they are not Mother Nature.

Hotel room was very clean and large. Staff very friendly. Brand new KitchenAid coffee maker in the room that made the best cup of hotel coffee I have ever had. When I am in the area I will definitely stay here.

Over the last few years there has been a change at this property. I am a frequent guest here and what they are doing is great. New Beds and bedding, new indoor pool and jacuzzi built last year, new carpet, curtains and 32" LCD Flat screen TVs this year. The front desk is knowledgeable of the area and can recommend some o the best restaurants in the area. Even with all the upgrades they have tried to stay the best value. Only increasing their rates $10 over the last 2 years. If you need a comfortable, clean place to stay at a good price this is it! More upgrades to come too from what I hear.

We stayed at this hotel on a recomendation of a friend and I am so glad that we did. When we arrived the check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a room on the top floor at the end of the hall. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, a coffee maker, hair dryer, iron & ironing board. It was very clean and quiet. Even though we were right next to the highway we never heard any noise. The breakfast was a little bit more than your standard continental breakfast. There were waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, donuts, bagels, bananas, apples, juice & coffee. The front desk staff stocks the breakfast area and we did have to ask them to come restock a couple of times during our 4 day stay. But they were always very helpful and got whatever we needed immediately. The laundry facilities are a bit lacking. The washer got our clothes clean but the dryer did not dry them in one cycle. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the highway.

i read all of the reviews around the time i was there, i don't know but we r coming back, we arrived to get our basic king, and the owner who i thought was a very mean looking man says"u r upgraded"! my husband and i thanked him and said "thank who was in charge of that" his dry reply "I upgraded you" and gave me a deep stare, i'm sooo use to this, i'm very exotic looking(diva)my husband chuckled and thanked him again and our room was great ! when we walked in!omg huge.extra everything, stuff we didn't need was there!so sorry people this hotel in our opinion was a success we were on our anniversary/vacation 4 a week and loved it! haven't been in the spring/summer but would it really change from season to season that much?hope not

In addition to the clean, comfortable rooms, our recent stay added faith that there are still good and honest people in the world. After good nights rest while traveling from Michigan to Missouri, I discovered in our rush to get home, I had left my jewerly bag in our room. In a panic, I called the front desk. Thank Goodness Ann Garski answered. I explained the situation. She was so wonderful. She assured me that Kyle Lewis in housekeeping had found the jewelry and she had it. She had tried to call but our contact number was the office and we were of course on the road. Ann and Kyle did not realize this was not just jewelry but pieces my father had given to me and he had recently passed away. This was not just monetary, it was personal. There is no way to put a dollar value on the emotions connected to that jewelry bag. I am sure every woman out there understands the sick feeling in the pit of my stomach I got when I realized it was gone then the relief and gratification when I spoke wi
