Since 2001, DEC has been building confidence, fueling determination and developing artistry through holistic dance trainingOur MissionThe mission of the Dance Education Center is to foster a positive environment for the development of the individual with a core emphasis on dance/movement as an educational experience. Throughout the courses, in addition to dance technique, students will be exposed to goal-setting and journaling activities, anatomy, healthy lifestyle choices, proper alignment and posture, dance history, culturally diverse activities and creative-movement exercises.
