The absolute worst experience of my life! They broke the legs of all three of my Aspen Homes nightstands, cracked the top of my Aico dining room table, labeled the contents of EVERY box as "stuff", put items from one room in another room's box, crushed a 36" hand made wreath into a 30" box. It took me over two weeks to locate neck ties that were hanging in the closet as they were stuffed in a box marked decorations. The took my Garmin GPS and a 90 supply of asthma medication. The driver was over four hours late on the day of pick-up, most of the packers did not speak english. They did not complete the packing of my houshold goods within the time frame alotted and rushed the final packing on the day of loading the truck. Dragged my headboard on the driveway damaging that, and I found one of the labors SITTING on my headboard while it was laying on the driveway after it rained! I have photos of all the damage and a video of them driving through my bushes at the end of the driveway.

Horrible experience! We were supposed to get our stuff on June 10th, but it is now July 12th and still have not gotten it. They just said that it is going to be at least another month before we get our stuff. It is nearly impossible to get someone to answer an email or phone call and when they do they don't come through on what they promise you. They will not send in that my car is insured to my lien holder and now it is going to cost me an extra grand. Do NOT use this company!
