The NCA has an on-site manager and staff which are very quick to respond to the needs of residents. The management is very pro-active with regard to maintenance of the residences and grounds. The large community swimming pool is a real asset. Security is assured by a roving vehicular patrol by Neighborhood Watch, a sheriff's office deputy assigned as the Community Policing Officer, and road patrols from a state-of-the art Sheriff's Office substation only a mile or so away. The crime rate in Newberry is probably one of the lowest in all of Sterling Park. This is an ethnically diverse community where the streets are quiet and peaceful. Reserved and guest parking is good. Tot lots are available for the children. Plenty of open space for children to play and dogs to be walked. Gardeners have space in most parts of the community to ply their hobby in front of and behind the residences. The W&OD Trail abuts part of the property and is readily available for walking and bicycling.

best place to live! everything is taken care of FOR you in the condo fee and the fee isn't really that bad! if we were to pay for each individual thing that the condo does for us, then we would be paying at least double each month...
