COMPLETELY agree with previous rater. I received no responses to my emails, phone calls, etc... I wasn't notified when the company moved and changed phone numbers. I wasn't even notified when my tenant moved out. Or when Dulles Properties relisted my property - without asking me first!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Communication is key for this sort of service, but Dulles Properties has major communication issues.

Doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner, e-mails get "lost", no website, not on BBB. They need to learn about customer service! KEEP YOUR SANITY, GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!
