I found that if Countryside Cleaners makes a mistake they are not willing to correct it at their expense. During their dry cleaning process, they shrink the lining in one of my silk dresses and a silk pair of pants. Their response was, never buy silk, as it is very delicate and this can happen over the years. The problem I tried to explain was that "three items should not have shrink at the same time unless there was a process error. They asked me to purchase the lining and they would replace it, that was not satisfactory for me, so I will not use them again.
