i.e., AThe dining experience was horrendous. I ordered prime rib well done and told the server that I specifically wanted it that way. I received my first meal, well overcooked and I noticed that it had been grilled. Something I had never had, prime rib with grill marks. I told the server that it was not acceptable and asked for a second piece. I cut it open and again, it was well overcooked. The only assumption, is that it was left over food that they were attempting to run as a special. I sent that piece back as well and didn't want to risk a third disaster, so I passed on anything else. The rest of the dining party was happy with their meals and I was very surpised that no one came out to acknowledge this. Even the server looked right over me like I was no longer there. Couldn't figure that out, she didn't cook it. We paid our bill, and I asked if I could see the manager. I told him about my experience and he try to make me feel it was my fault because two pieces of prim

Chanced upon it while driving from Worcester to Athol and liked it immediately. Homey atmosphere, tasty menu, friendly service. I'm happy to recommend Barbers Crossing. Tom
