I brought in a pair Lucky Brand Jeans two weeks ago for a New Zipper, I paid $120.00 for them so spending 18.00 for a new zipper was not a problem. The young lady at the counter said they would be ready in 5 days. Not a problem either. My husband picked them up the same girl said $3.00 because she fixed it instead of replacing it. Put them on the next day Zipper Still broken. Took them back on Monday explained to the man at the counter what happened he said he will REPLACE the zipper, to pick them up on Thursday. Waited to pick up on Friday, the same young lady was at the counter she said she fixed the zipper, NO Charge. Very sorry Mr. Won, but due to the fact that the young girl you employ will Not do the service I requested & I was willing to pay for, is not good for your business. I will be taking my business someplace else from now on. Who is she to decide what to do with my pants, I wanted a NEW ZIPPER , I should have gotten a NEW ZIPPER the first time, and the second.
