Had a mysterious ice maker issue with a five year old refrigerator. The technician worked to identify the problem, which turned out to be frozen lines. No new part required and I only paid the initial service call even though he came out twice! Very satisfied with service and customer focus!

Appointment was honored. Tech called when he was on his way. Honored appointment time. Even texted his photo so we could know who is coming. Really professional and I was very pleased with his work.

Our dishwasher was acting funny but when the repairman got them, it seemed fine. He was very polite and very thorough. Based on what I told him, he said that, it sounded like the motor could be trying to go out, and if it turns out later that it needs a new motor. He was able to replace the motor and after that it looks fine. Great service!
