He has been fixing my stuff for years. Washer, dryer, airconditioning unit and furnace. He can do it all. I think he is semi retired but if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, don't ever loose his number. Very reasonalble.

1st call: no answer, mailbox full...not a good sign in my book
2nd call mailbox NOT full, never got a return call......I would have to guess the below reviews are planted here by the business.....

Had Pat out himself to service my oven, his mailbox was not full and he came out next day. Got a great price and referred him to my neighbors even for their fridge. Both of us had great experiences.

Called before hours, Pat called me back immediately and was out within the hour. Very nice and professional and was not looking to gouge. VERY HONEST. Highly recommend!
