This agency is the former John Ivkov Agency. We relocated to 17 Mile and Ryan in the Northwest corner. Maryann is still with the agency. As a young child growing up in Madison Heights, I spent my childhood in and around Oakland and Macomb counties. After college, I moved around for the first 10 years, and than came home and could think of no better place to live with my husband and son than metro Detroit Do you like to call 800 numbers or being treated like just another person? Everyday each member of the team chooses an informational video and makes notes on what they can modify in how they do their job to better serve customers.
