Husband and I walked into Arby around 4:00p.m. A gentleman was doing drive up. Manager walked up front with a clip board ignore us and walk back to back talking on the phone. waited a minute or so and finally said out loud you have a customer up front that needs to be waited on. Patrick came up was very nice and started to take our order. Manager I believe her name tag was Bech Beck yelled at Patrick about where was something . Patrick told her and pointed to where it was at, then returned back to us to finish our order. She started yelling at him and he had to quit in the middle of our order to show her where it was at. I was not polite myself and yelled back at her that customer comes first and it was not appropriate to yell at her employee. Patrick was very polite and handle the situation with style. He needs a raise and the manager needs to be put back threw training school. I love the food at food 4 stars good Patrick 5 excellent stars Manager 0 stars. just unacceptable
