She particularly enjoys working with individuals and companies as they start or acquire new businesses or grow existing businesses - including advising and representing clients with entity formations, business purchase and sales, partnership terminations and reorganizations, and growth and ongoing operation issues. Jill also spends a great deal of time working with HOAs on governance and legal questions.
