Outstanding service, caring staff!
I have taken my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube on a regular basis for an oil change for quite some time now and usually satisfied with the service because there really isn't much to just getting the oil changed. On my last visit to them I had the oil changed as per usual. I got home and wondered why the price was a little higher than normal so scanned over the printed receipt when I noticed in the bottom left hand corner there was a note typed in the comments section. It stated that I had an oil leak prior to service and the drain plug would not tighten. It's a good thing I looked at this because nobody said a word to me about it when I was checking out!! They could have at least mentioned this problem to me because it could have cost me a new engine. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and will not return.
