My Husband and I went to Chilies in Staunton, Va at 7pm. We saw a relative of his and paid for a round of drinks for their table that cost $30. We were first told that we had a 20 min. wait for a table for two. My husband pointed out 3 empty tables for two and asked why can't we sit there, she said oh those seats are available. We ordered and my husband asked the waitress to tell the cook to make sure that he gets his steak hot and told the waitress the reason he made that request is because when steak gets cold it gets tough, she said that she would be sure to relay that to the chief. Well his food was not hot so I called the waitress over and he told her. She said that she would tell the manager 15 min later she asked did he come over to our table. We replayed no she said that she would let him know again. The manager came over about 5 min. later and said Oh you have done this before, complained that the food was cold. My husband and I were in shock. Our evening was ruined
