Terrible customer service. We were loyal customers for years. Vehicles, house, business insurance we got from them. when we moved out of our house and decided to rent it, we got a note in the mail stating our insurance had been canceled due to the fact that was not out our primary residence. No warning, no phone call ... No email ... Nothing ... .... When we called to try to resolve the situation they office personnel didn't even know what options to offer or how handle the problem... Plus they make you feel like the worst part of their day it's when they have to answer you questions. Awful ....
