Provided by YP.comDO NOT RENT. The didn't let us look at the property before putting a deposit. The apartments at Stadium Walk are disgusting, they said the apartment was clean and it was far from it. The carpets haven't been replaced since they were built. Dirt and grime on floors had been there for years. Several new tenants had cars towed because they weren't told they needed parking permits. Perimeter Properties blames the Home Owners Association for not putting letters on the new renters cars. Home Owners Association blames Perimeter Properties for not telling the renters. Also your lease states that you must pay the entire years rent even if you break it. If you signed a lease and unhappy with your living situation 6 months or less, you still have to pay the year. They couldn't tell us where to get our utilities. SERIOUSLY you are running a company across from a university with kids from all over the country and can't tell them where to go get their utilities turned on.

Provided by YP.comIf you have the option to use any other property manager on the planet, use them instead.
With this property management company you will consistently get one thing and that is poor service. The person who runs the place practically tries to give renters the worst experience she possibly can.
If you decide to sign on with Perimeter expect the house you are leasing to not be prepared properly, things wont work for instance: washer and dryers that are never fixed, air conditioning units that are broken. Leaky pipes and drips from every place possible, "free" home alarm systems that go off at random times and don't even alert the property authorities - if you call the company that issues the alarm systems they can't fix them and they are only there for the discount on the home owners insurance. Do you need to place a work order? Don't count on it being fixed or attended to any sooner than a month from when you request a work order. These are things that have occurred within the LAST 3 MONTHS. Do you pay your rent on time? Well that doesn't matter here because even if you do they will lose track of your payments and attempt to charge you absurd late fees unless you bring them proof of what was paid - often multiple times for the same payment. But if you want hostile, unfriendly employees to hound you every month because they feel like you are wasting their time. This is the place for you. But if prefer someone that has zero urgency in their own operations but expects you to be on time 100% this miserable attempt at a property management company is what you are looking for.

Provided by YPmobilePerimeter properties is the worst property management company in Statesboro GA. The staff is rude and unconcerned. They are very slack about making repairs in the unit but want there money on time. The property up keep is horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! They'll show you dirty units and say once you pay the deposit they will have it move in ready. They are liars!

They were very friendly and helpful. Loved the house we rented. They always sent the repairman out quickly when we needed something fixed. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Had no problems until was moving out from the apt. i was renting into a house because we did not have enough room anymore. When we told them we had a subleaser and we would not be re-signing our lease we were treated very poorly. Permieter even showed our apt. at a time that was not convient to us and did not give us 24hr notice before doing so. We did not have a problem w/ the showing of the apt. it was the fact that we said it was not a good time for us could they do it a different time we were told its in your lease get over it. I am very disgusted w/ a treatment this way of someone who leased w/ them for 2 years and never had any issues w/ late rent etc. in those 2 years. We put up w/ a run down apt that was not properly fixed up before we moved in from the begining making several of the repairs ourselfs out of pocket w/ no complaints. If thats how they are going to treat good tenants i want no part of it and i hope i can help others before they make the same mistake.
