Home Town Banking. I love it. I by no means have a major account but I am treated like I do. When I walk in I know a person by name to go to resolve any issue. I used to bank with Wachovia in Statesboro but a few trips where I felt rushed and was told I would get a phone call back and never did; My wife and I started looking for a new Bank. I have been with Citizens Bank for 2 years now.Oh and its the only bank that flies the Georgia Southern 6 National Championship Flags on Game Day.
