      Why does the UPS Delivery drivers, DO NOT NEED a signature any more for any packages that are delivered. I have had at least 10 too 12 packages delivered in the past two weeks, and have not needed to sign for anything.???? This is the same place that I have ordered from before and HAD TO sign for anything that was delivered to me. ALSO, WHY are the deliveries dropped off and some times throne on my porch as my neighbors packages are delivered the same way. No bell is rung to notify us that we have a UPS delivery. My warning to any UPS driver, if any packages are stolen or damaged while being put or throne on my porch without my knowledge or notification, UPS will pay for any stolen or damaged packages with or with out any insurance obtained by me.
