We had our sons 1 st. birthday here at RubyFalls and had 75 guest, let me tell you ! Simply Amazing,from the food to the appetizers which was a butler service so much food it never stopped.. The staff was unbelievable they not only did a great job with the service but also entertained with all the children. The place had so much entertainment for kids but yet elegant enough for the adults, I never saw a room full of guest of all ages and everyone having a great time. The facility comes fully decorated the only thing we needed to do was bring a cake.what an amazing experience , we even all entertained singing ,dancing with karaoke.the owner was so easy going and very professional he gave us such a great party all my family and friends can't wait to go back for another party. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to have a great party. We defiantly will be coming back for all our future parties. Horrible and extremely disappointed!!! had my daughters bday there this sun and it was a disaster. Had a total of 85 guests and everything was wrong. At first food was running out and after complaining came out 20 min later with more food that shouldve been there from the start. Staff was unprofessional and snotty. Owner left my party leaving young unqualified kids to cater my party. Guests complained constantly because the staff service was horrible and always on their cell phones. Everything was late! Guests were leaving without having cake. I would have gotten better service in kids party place than this place. Worst of all had to pay 20% in gratuity for poor quality service. Paid 6300$ for guetto service!!! Trust me take your business somewhere else!!!

At night of party our groups president asked about bringing out coffee and cake.......response was what coffee and cake?? Well we got our own at the Diner a view doors down and served at the party. The Staff provided plates and silverware. Music system was great, used their screens to show slide photo show great, staff great....Management will give a good sell to get party......just watch out and stand your ground to get what was agreed to. I had booked this party for my grandson n we left a deposit n on top of it he charge tax on it then he had on the contract he had the price for the kids was good then he came up with a price for the adult that was not on the contract I told them I have 4 little ones he said if they use the mic he has to charge us which is wrong the guy is a damn crook for to hours the party is almost 900.00 plus now he will not give the deposit back so we lost that plus u had to pay for a party hero on top of that he is a crook

What an amazing lounge! The atmosphere is breathtaking and the service is phenomenal! One of the best lounges and party places on Staten Island by far...I will never forget my experience at Ruby Falls and will definitely be booking my future parties with them!
