Let me just start off by saying that up until tonight, we have been going to this buffet for over 3 years. We usually go at least once a month and have never had a problem or complaint until now. It seems that they are now lowering their standards and quality of service and passive of their staff's behavior towards customers. We started noticing that the food quality hasn't been the same lately with a couple of the usual dishes they serve. We thought, they must have a new chef or the cook is having an off day... but tonight topped it all off and we will never return again! Bottom line, they are now skimming on the dishes and amount of food being refilled on rotation. The main item would be the crab legs. Ppl go to treat themselves since it is a "buffet"... but tonight the little twirp of a woman that refills the dishes felt extremely empowered tonight when she noticed that some of us waited in line very patiently for a second helping of legs, since they only brought out about 8 legs 30
