Millie's of Staten Island is an elevated neighborhood dining destination for families, friends and couples serving lunch and dinner featuring their signature coal- and wood-fired pizzas, famous meatballs and salads. Millie’s serves delicious, coal- and Neapolitan wood-fired artisan pizzas and meatballs based on Vince and Brandon’s grandmother Millie’s recipes. The coal oven burns over 650+ degrees and can produce pies in five minutes. The Neapolitan wood oven, hand built by Italy’s celebrated Ferrara family, and imported from Naples, cooks pizzas in just 90 seconds thanks to intense 800+ degree heat. Millie’s also offers their famous meatballs, fresh-made “Pot of Balls” for pick-up or delivery locally and ready to eat.
