Very well-run! The technicians are always very professional and the facilities are very clean. They go above and beyond by providing comprehensive testing in their Metropolitan Specialty labs. It's nice that they try to make you as comfortable as possible. Great place! Cool people.

I'm a regular customer for Metropolitan Specialty labs. I had to visit them for my INR test every two weeks for the last several months. The staff here are all very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I've never had a painful draw or any bruising. Highly recommended.

I have a secret fear of blood and needles but I had to do blood test according to my doctor statement and my bad history in the area of cardiology. It was totally terrifying. The needle is HUGE and I'm horribly afraid of sharp objects!! But the staff members were all very nice, and my phlebotomist was telling some funny story that I even didnt notice how she took my blood. It was there in Staten Island at the Metropolitan Specialty Labs that I learned: by facing your fears you can overcome them.
