Lifespire is an organization that has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities for more than 50 years. It offers residential, day habilitation, mental health and family support services. Lifespire is dedicated to provide education, fight discrimination and assist the disabled in living full and rewarding lives. The organization s Special Program for Assessing Needs (SPAN) program offers therapeutic services for adults with mental disorders. It also supports fundraising events for breast cancer and AIDS through walkathons and other activities. Additionally, the organization offers heat-sealing, sorting, weighing, bar-tracking, blister packaging and tool assembly services. Lifespire provides various education and training programs in areas, such as consumer protection, abuse prevention and developmental disability.
