Today i had kristin do my dog max for the first time and not only was i nervious but max was too it was our first time so when kristin came out she stayed and talked to me....she was the sweatest thing when it came time to pickup my dog i was so excited to see how great the haircut came out..... not a hair out of place!!!! My dog loved her and we are so happy we found this place !!!!!!!

Sorry to say after reading these reviews thought I try the pooch parlor and what a mistake they are difficult to deal with if your not satisfied they wouldn't work to satisfy me as customer . PS heard the positive reviews are friends and family

They are amazing here, my dog loves this place. I come all the way from New Hampshire just to get my dogs cut.

My dog is my life and I do not trust anybody with her. Today I brought my Yorkie to Kaitlin's Pooch Parlor for a full groom and she did an AMAZING job!!!! Mia looked so beautiful and she was soooo happy when she was all finished! Not only was I happy with the grooming, the place was extremely clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! If you love your pet as much as I do, I highly recommend you go to Kaitlin's Pooch Parlor!

This place is very friendly and accomodating. I've had our dog groomed here twice and am very happy with the results. They are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Kaitlin's Pooch Parlor!

They offer an awsome service and always oriented to please you.Not like in other places experience they do care about your pooch! I am very happy with them I live in Dongan Hills and take the ride to Kaitlyn's

I brought my dog Gizmo in for a hair cut after having a bad experience at Petco. I told them excatly what I wanted and when I came to pick him he looked so cute. They listened to what I wanted and gave advise on what would be better for him. I am so glad I was refered to Kaitlin's and I will be back again. The staff is very nice and makes you feel comfertable. The fact that my dog took so well to them made me happy.

I brought my puppy, Joey Botts in for his first groom. Kaitlin's Pooch Parlor was clean and the staff was very nice. Kaitlin spoke to me about what I wanted and a short time later, Joey came out looking exactly how I wanted him to and as bouncy, happy and playful as ever! I was thrilled! To top that, a few days later, I received a phone call from them to check on Joey and to be sure that I was happy with their work. I don't know of any other business that takes the time to ensure customer satisfaction like that! With their excellent work, reasonable prices and attention to the customer, I will definately be returning! Thanks Kaitlin for a job well done! -Jackie
