i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because Awesome! They do such a nice job, my laundry smells awesome and everyone is super nice. They are so affordable. It gives me time back that I would have been spending sitting in the laudrymat. Thank you!
The delivery man was very friendly and picked up my laundry and had it back here the same day. I asked the delivery driver if they did same day service and he said he would make sure my laundry get back to me in 4hr time. I was so lucky my laundry came back to me in about 3 hr and everything was nicely folded and clean. Thank you again Delivery man sorry never got your name.

At first I asked about PayPal since they advertise it on their site, months later it's still a mystery to them why it's not working, but it's still advertised! Then, over looked the missing socks, then the lack of Bleach on the whites, then losing my jeans, but some how I got a bag that was half my stuff and somebody else's! Then I got someone else's bag entirely, my sons uniform & my hubby's work shirt were Scorched with dryer burn marks, And I keep getting some baby clothes in my bag every week! They promised me $$ back but it's me chasing them for it. Time for the BBB now
Simply, they don't send confirmation emails or calls, so when you book the pick up/delivery windows, you're never quite sure if they got it. First time, they got it. Showed up on time, dropped off clean and well-folded laundry. I was pleased that when I had surgery, they would be able to help me live alone comfortably. Second time, no show. They didn't show up when they were supposed to. They didn't answer my call the following hour, the following day(s). They didn't return my emails. Don't use them. They are an awful company and don't care about their clients. They also waste your time.
