General Info

Dr. Iosif Gulkarov is an attending Cardiothoracic Surgeon in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital. Dr. Gulkarov graduated with summa cum laude from NYU with a BA degree in biology in addition to honors in Physiology and Neuroscience. Dr. Gulkarov completed his general surgery training and a cardiothoracic research fellowship at NYU Langone Medical Center.
