In 2013 East Shore was doing a siding job around the corner from my home. I asked John to give me an estimate on my house. For whatever reason I decided to wait on the project. Fast forward to 2016. John and his men were siding two homes up the street from my house. After digging out the estimate from 2013, I contacted John and told him we were finally ready to have our home sided. We got 2 other estimates first, which were way higher then the one John had given us 3 years ago. John told us he would honor the original estimate, and we hired him. The project is complete and we couldn't be happier. East Shore removed old aluminum siding and gutters and replaced them with gorgeous new vinyl. John and his men even fixed a few extra things that came up during the project. I will definitely hire them for future home improvements and have recommended them to friends.
I knew after meeting and speaking to John that he was the right person for my project. John is truly genuine and professional. His pricing is equitable and he always went the extra mile throughout the project. John and his men arrived on time daily. John and his men are skilled workers and show that they take pride in a job well done. My project consisted of removing all existing aluminum siding, soffits, gutter, leader pipe and trim on the house AND installing insulation, vinyl siding/shakes, soffits, gutters, gutter screens, window shutters and front door. I am truly happy with the results and have received many complements on my home. I highly recommend John at East Shore Home Improvements for your home improvement project.

We just had our the roof replaced and we could not be more pleased. John was more than fair concerning the price, date and time He explained everything about the product and what crew had to be do. They did a neat job and were very considerate of our property and our neighbors. The clean up was better then we could have done ourselves. It is nice to find a person you feel you can trust. We don't have to look any further and are looking forward to working with him and his crew on future projects. You know someone is good when you have return customers.
I had a new roof installed by East -Shore home improvements last month. They did a great job. Roof looks great and they left no mess. I definitely recommend them for any home improvement needs.
John came recommended by my mom. He had replaced her skylight after a leak sprung, but for me, he did far more. I too had a roof leak, but the cause was far different than the average. I purchased this home with solar panels installed and after the first big rain, I had mud running down my master bedroom wall. John to the rescue; but what was so uncharacteristic about our situation was that John wasn't really working for me, she was working for the solar panel company who had agreed to pay for the roof replacement. Despite knowing this settlement of funds would probably take a while and require some extra effort, John still accepted the job and we are so happy that he did. Fantastic job done by John and his crew. John always answers his phone, texts you back and never calls you "sweetie" or "hunny", as I really hate that about many contractors out here. And now, as John is still my go-to person for home repairs, he even takes his shoes off before going upstairs. Love East Shore!

Highest rating possible for John and his guys! I was in a panic with a leaking skylight. When I met with John, he was honest in saying he wasn't sure he could do the work in the coming week. They were predicting some pretty nasty weather over the weekend with high winds and rain and the existing skylight would have leaked into the house again. John called on Thursday and said he could install the skylight the next day. His guys also fixed a piece of my siding and reinstalled a light fixture for me. All the work was done perfectly - and very neatly! All around great experience. :)

We used John after huricaine Sandy to repair roof damage on our house and my mother in law's house. He repaired both homes almost immediately and did an excellent job on both. The quality of his work and staff was outstanding. I have used him since then for additional repairs and continue to be pleased with his work. I have also recommended him to friends. Not only is John very professional and honest, he is also friendly and courteous, a pleasure to work with..
