Called them yesterday 5/9/17 to set up an appointment for installation of a Central Air system the receptionist told me the "boss" can meet me Wednesday 5/10 between 10-11am, great. Called them this morning at 9 to make we were still set for the appointment between 10-11 and the receptionist assured me we were still good. Waited there until 11:20 and no one showed up. No curtesy of a phone call to say we'll be late, or can no longer make it so I just left. If you can't trust them for something as simple as keeping an appointment which you re-confirmed an hour before how can you trust them to actually do work in your house? 11:53 now and still no phone call from them. I suppose I should assume they won't be showing up. Had to leave work and wait for them to be stood up. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Chris & Matt were the plumbers sent to my home. We needed to replace our water heater. They did an excellent job. They were efficient. They cleaned up after the job was done. The price was reasonable. We asked that they put in a new drain in our sink which they came back the next day and did. I would recommend them without reservation.

I recently had a pipe burst in the wall of my bathroom. Water had been streaming down my basement. I called Richmond Plumbing in a panic. the gentlemen was genuinely nice on the phone. When the service man arrived that was whole different experience. He was unprepared, tried to sell me on his friend who does bathroom renovations and I ended up cleaning up after them. Great, he capped the lines and sold me a shower body. Never again.
