The worst Hallmark I've ever been in. Bad customer service, arrogant staff. Ordered items, went to pick them up only to find out someone else came in and requited same item. They had none in stock so sold mine instead even though they called to say mine was ready for pickup shortly before. I left with my daughter in tears. How dare them. Perhaps my mouth and butt were not as large as the person demanding my item or the manager kept for herself.
