I have always enjoyed exercise and body movement in general and after taking one class at Pilates Staten Island I was instantly hooked. The highly skilled instructors are passionate about their work and it shows in the classes they teach. They are extremely professional, well trained, patient and motivating individuals. The personal benefits I have experienced through the practice of Pilates has been that my posture has improved, I am stronger and more energized and flexible. I am thankful for discovering Pilates at the Institute and can wholeheartedly say I will be here for life!
