Sam and his team did a great job putting up my new roof. They worked very well & very fast and completed the job in just 6 hours which included cleaning everything up immaculately. - they removed all old shingles- replaced with new 30yr. guaranteed GAF shingles.- installed an ice & water shield around gutters- removed and replaced all old vents- removed an old dish and antenna- installed a power attic fan &- fixed a hanging gutter for me as wellOn the day of the estimate Sam answered all of my questions, took me up to the roof to explain everything that he was going to do, showed me videos on how the roofing process works, provided plenty of samples to choose from & offered a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend Sam and his A & S Roofing team for your roofing & exterior needs. The entire process with them was very fast, easy & problem free which is rare.

I hired this company to do a simple deck for my backyard. When it was completed, the wood rails, the handrails, etc were not aligned correctly; in fact, the wood was cracking and breaking all over. When I had brought it to the owner's attention, he shrugged it off and mentioned that he would have it all fixed and offered to paint the deck for free. For this incentive, I tried to pull through. After three months of waiting for the wood on the deck to cure, I contacted the owner and he mentioned that I would have to pay for the paint; he then stated that I would have to shellac it too; he later added that the work would take two days and that I would have to pay for the labor for the last day. This was pretty upsetting after I had paid him cash to complete the job. I do not recommend his work nor his business practice of fixing issues or not returning calls.
