Interior

• Flooring
  We used three main elements to drive the improvements. Those were the lighting, finishes, and the circulation flow. All the old lighting was replaced with dimmable LED, the exiting flooring, ceiling, and paint were replaced with modern materials, and the front and back of the house connected through new openings. We introduced wood into the ceilings and the walls to create texture, and to connect the vertical and horizontal surfaces and create a flowing motion between the two.

Construction

• New Construction
  WMF was retained for Construction Management Services for the new construction of a two-story bank branch with drive-thru canopy. Widget Financial communicated the following goals for the project...
• Demolition
  As their design professionals, WMF helped them assess several buildings and provided various options for either renovation or demolition/new construction. It was ultimately decided that a new building would be most cost effective to provide the type of open spaces that they needed. This approach would also accommodate more interstitial space for the robust infrastructure needed for their IT department.

  Information gathering is as important to landscape design as it is to building design. The fundamental concept of landscape design is problem solving using horticultural science, artful composition, and spatial organization to create attractive and functional outdoor spaces and circulation for different uses. Integrating visual qualities with sustainable practices are reflected in the firm’s designs.
