      Pro-Trans is independently and locally owned by people who care about their community and have been serving the Centre Region since 1983. We are auto experts whose top priorities are quality work and customer satisfaction. We have grown from a 3-bay garage into one of the largest auto repair and transmission facilities in central Pennsylvania. We have a 4,000-square-foot diagnostic center and a 4,000-square-foot, high-tech, state-of-the-art rebuilding facility. Our 11 member staff includes 9 full-time auto repair and transmission experts, including 2 re-builders, 3 state inspection mechanics, 4 diagnostic and general repair experts and support personnel. We have over 500 transmissions in stock, and the largest parts inventory in Central Pennsylvania. This enables us to return your vehicle to you as soon as possible.       I can't say enough about the great service I receive at Pro-Trans. The staff value their customers and stand behind their work. During the four years I've serviced my vehicles at Pro-Trans (for both routine maintenance and repair work), I've experienced nothing but HONEST, reliable, and competent service. I always receive a phone call to discuss options after the problem is diagnosed. There are never any surprises at checkout, and the work performed is discussed in detail. I highly recommend Pro-Trans!
