Penn state big ten win was the biggest thing to happen to penn state football in a long time, glad to be a part of it.

Absolutely the WORST store I have ever dealt with, and I buy a LOT of Penn State Gear. I ordered a sweatshirt for my Dad before Christmas and on Christmas Eve, I find that they sent me the COMPLETELY WRONG item. I automatically emailed them and have had NO RESPONSE for over a week. I emailed again just yesterday with NO RESPONSE again. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Absolutely poor management, and contact information I ordered a Rose Bowl t- shirt in December received the wrong size which I eventually gave it to my grandson, I tried to call from Dec 19th - Jan 2 could not get a hold of a single person. Was in hold each time for more than 15 minutes will never buy anything from this outlet again. Very unhappy customer

Absolutely the worst store I have ever dealt with. No customer service whatsoever. You get 2 automated numbers that do nothing. After being guaranteed Christmas delivery I got the package on the21st.One item was right the other was not even close to what was ordered

I placed an order on December 10th and received a confirmation email but have not heard anything since. It is now December 21st. I have sent several emails and tried calling the 2 phone numbers given for customer service but the numbers are automated and you are put on hold for hours and then hung up on. Very frustrated as these are Christmas gifts and I have no way of finding out if I will be receiving them in time if at all.....
