I had to wait an hour and a half for my appointment and when i did finally get in the doctor had not reviewed my files and was not at all prepared to see me. I was sent away with an order for an x-ray with instructions that were contrary to the practice of the x-ray facility. if i am not wowed by my follow up appointment i will be going elsewhere, my time is as valuable as the doctor's and direction from professionals should be accurate.

I suppose if were any more elderly, the hour and twenty minuet wait just to see the nurse, would be acceptable. But, I just don't have that much time left just to get my nails cut !!!

Dr. Pletcher took the time to explain my condition and talk through various treatment options. She was thoughtful, friendly, and knowledgable. Her staff was friendly and professional, and the office was clean and well run. So glad that I sought a second opinion.

Dr. Pletcher's staff was pleasant, and she provided attentive good quality service. Had to wait longer than I anticipated but she takes her time with each patient and answers all questions. Am taking my daughter to her, which is the real testimony.
