Inc. works with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) trained staff that has completed course of instruction in the application of the seven HACCP principles. It also has an on-site laboratory with microbiology, chemical and physical testing capabilities. The company provides Individually Quick Frozen (I.Q.F) or individually frozen patties using a Formax former and nitrogen freezing for hotels, restaurants and institutions.
