The Horizon Senior Living is a senior retirement home, caring for the people you care about. This senior living community is family owned and operated with five licensed, 20-bed Adult Foster Care Homes in Michigan locations: Clare, Gladwin, St. Helen, Standish and West Branch. Our mission is to provide a home-like setting for the care of the elderly. We strive to provide the least restrictive environment possible that will maximize the social and psychological growth of our residents. Through activity, exercise, conversation, reading, stimulating games, proper nutrition, and a well-managed medication schedule, our residents remain as self-sufficient as possible.
