Serving the community of Stamford, CT and surrounding areas, podiatrists Jeremy Bier, DPM and Victoria Teti, DPM aspires to provide a professional and responsive environment to all patients. We treat a variety of foot and ankle conditions such as ingrown toenails, hammertoes, bunions, heel pain, wound care, and diabetic foot problems. Our practice specializes in sports medicine and prides itself in providing the most advanced technology in foot and ankle care, with shockwave therapy, digital x-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, and more. Dr. Bier is a board certified foot surgeon and wound care specialist, and has been the current Director of Podiatry at Stamford Hospital since 2012. Preferred Footcare, LLC offers same day appointments, accepts most insurance plans, and welcomes new patients. Our office is handicap accessible. Dr. Bier explained things in a thorough manner that was well understood. He was welcoming and always displayed a great attitude. Most of all he was honest and gave me the information that I needed and was not impatient. I will recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Teti is a wonderful addition to Stamford Footcare. With her there, patients can actually get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. Her approach is friendly, and I felt comfortable from the start. She took time to explain and make recommendations. The front desk staff and medical assistant sealed the deal making my visit 5 stars. While I hope I never have to go back, I won’t be so nervous next time.
I have taken years to finally take care of my bunions. Dr Bier was outstanding in all areas of concern I expressed and offered various solutions to the problem. The ladies in the front office are beyond friendly and efficient. I am just extremely impressed and it makes me annoyed that all my doctors visits with other specialists aren’t as efficient as this. I highly recommend Dr Bier

He has an excellent bedside manner, is very articulate and detail oriented in addressing your concerns and the options available to you. He ensures that you fully understand and never rushes you. He checks constantly to ensure that you are not in any pain when he is performing a procedure. He is top notch doctor. He is also very calming and funny. He is the best!!

This was my first appointment with Dr.Bier, and I was extremely happy with all aspects of my visit from how I was greeted by Deana at the front desk, to being taken to the exam room by Victoria, to then meeting Dr. Bier.
I wish thaat I had found Dr. Bier years ago! All physicians should use him as a role model because he exceeded all my expectations. He is a great communicator and took plenty of time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and listen (!). IMHO, it is quite unusual to find such traits practiced by Dr. Bier and his staff unless you are going to a Concierge medical practice.
I would recommend Dr. Bier to family and friends in a heartbeat.
