Dr. Zeide saved my dog's life after being misdiagnosed by a different establishment. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Yes they are annoyingly expensive, but because of consistent accurate diagnoses, they probably saved me money in the long run.

I brought my dogs to Bull's Head for about 2 years and thought they were a little over priced from the beginning when they charged me approx. $70 to become a "new patient". I never understood why I could never walk out of there without dropping at least $400 but I kept going. After my dog had a case of diarrhea and had to be hospitalized I finally realized how over priced they were!! My dog was hospitalized for only 26 hours and I was charged over $2000. This was only because I discharged him early, my original "estimate" was over $5000!!! They would not perform any treatment on my dog until I agreed and signed an estimate. I was put on the spot and made to feel like I was a bad pet owner if I didn't agree to pay these outrageous prices. Anyway, my dog just had another case of diarrhea so I took him to another vet. They also hospitalized him (because he is small he becomes dehydrated very quickly) for 48 hrs and I compared my bills from both visits... All of the same tests and procedures were performed on my dog and my bill from the new vet was under $700!!! If you want to pay for the fancy office and nice bags with the Bull's Head logo by all means go here. My dogs don't care about that stuff and neither do I, so we won't be going back to this place.
