Today was the first time I went this car wash and I was truly dissappointed the customer service was atrocious and half way rude there facility has great potential to be great but it will not get better until better employees are brought in with drive!

I was refused service because the owner said my vehicle was too dirty and had quote "an excessive amount of dirt and mud on it." Isn't that the purpose of a car wash, to CLEAN off the dirt and mud!?" After arguing with the owner I decided to leave and vowed to never return.

My husband's car was washed OK. I was concerned when I saw part of a bumper and an antenna broke off a car and on the floor. Not sure I'll bring my Mercedes.

First time visiting this car wash today. Pleased with all things except they didn't clean the rims. The lady washed the windows a number of times on the drivers side only. She should have been washing the rims instead.

Im completely surprised by these poor review. My one-time service was excellent.

I loved the car wash itself and the fact that it comes with a free vacuume. The people that dried and cleaned my car after the wash, however, are idiots. They broke a piece of the car in front of me and refused to acknowledge it. They threw stuff away in my car that should not have been touched. It was a great wash, but be sure to watch your stuff and check your car over carefully.

Beware of SF Carwash on Courthouse Road in Stafford. I took my car there to be washed and they broke my drivers seat ... whatever they did bent the frame and now is going to cost me $1100 to fix ... when I approached the owner about how we can handle this he told me to get off his property or he would call the police on me... I will be filing a claim in court tomorrow!!!
