I am military on temporary duty here (TDY). My buddy and I asked around at the PX where to get the best Chinese Food in town and Jin's kept coming up as either it had been tried and was great or people said it was new and their friends said it was great. I am half Chinese and have been to Hong Kong several times. My mother always had us in Chinatown in whatever city we ended up in. So my Chinese palate is still current. and I can tell you that Jin's food is of the highest quality and best taste! The inside of his restaurant has a traditional yet modern decor that is clean and pleasant. The service is great and the food was even better. And the bathrooms are clean! Most people overlook that. But if they get something that simple down it's refreshing! Back to the food. Very authentic and portions are great. We had to get some to go and we can eat! The food wasn't served too fast and it was steaming hot which tells me it was made to order and not under a heatlamp. Go to Jin's!!!

Finally a good chinese restaurant in Stafford! best take out we've had in a while!

the food is exceptionally good at the new Jin's garden chinese restaurant. the place look real nice and the service was very friendly, we order crispy fish and general tso's chicken they were really good. The dishes came out hot and fresh from the kitchen. The fish was crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside, the sweet and sour flavor was just right, the best i had in a long time. I am definitely going back with my friends soon.
