We had Greystone come out and give us an estimate for an addition to our driveway. After getting all estimates, we chose Greystone and called to see what needed to be done. He would be by on Monday between 4-6 to have a contract to sign. We waited until 7 and then called bus. number and left message asking someone to call me in the morning. By 10:00 no one had called so I called again asking why no one returned my call. Was told they hadn't checked their messages yet(?). She called estimator about the previous appt. and we were told he was busy doing another estimate and didn't have time (had no cell phone either, I guess). He would be by today at 6. Again we waited all evening for a no show. Received a call the next morning saying he was embarrased and apoligized for forgetting AGAIN (didn't match the first story) for not coming by. He was told not worry about it, that we were getting more estimates and would not be having Greystone do the work. Would NOT recommend.
