I highly recommend this company. I went through AAA who estimated a 1-hour arrival but dispatcher at Eddie's called me within 5-minutes of my initial AAA call and would have someone there within 30-minutes and they did. Their driver, Mr. Chapman, was extremely friendly and patient as I had to print out a replacement registration from online DMV to complete the documentation required before he could tow my truck. He was also very knowledgeable about trucks and careful in loading it, my truck is large, a Ford F-350. If this is the type of service that this company provides I will definitely use it again and recommend it to others.

My battery was dead in my truck and Eddie's Towing responded. It took a little longer than I expected but the driver had been stuck in traffic on I-95 which is understandable on a Sunday evening. The mechanic (Warren) greeted me professionally and was able to troubleshoot the battery quickly as the problem. He had one that fit my truck perfectly and provided me with all the details regarding the warranty and service information should I need it in the future. Great job by Warren and Eddie's Towing!
I called AAA for a lock-out. They responded with Eddie's Towing and advised they would be there within 40 minutes. They actually arrived within 25 minutes. Walter was very friendly and made me feel less of a clutz for locking my keys in the car. He was quick and efficient and I really appreciate the courteous service.

We had been in involved in a fender bender on I-95 on 12/30. a young man named Walter responded to our accident. He was courteous, and professional; he suggested we take the car to Rosner Collision to remove the parts , befiore we continued our trip to a family wedding in Florida. Without his help, we could have been stranded and delayed. Thank you so much for all your help.Al and Myra Somma
I had called AAA to have them send assistance when my Subaru Legacy would not start. Not only did they arrive earlier than expected, but the tech was very friendly and attentative. While the on-site tech was not able to solve the problem, he immediately called to his office for a tow truck which was there in less than 20 minutes. The tow truck driver was also very friendly, and between the two, had put me at ease in a very stressful situation. The driver gave me the name of the person whom I needed to deal with at the office the next morning to discuss my repairs. I would recomend Eddie's if you need a tow, as they were extremely quick, and offer superior customer service.
Good service, reasonable prices. Good reputation in the local area.
