This is the worst place ever I got a car and wen I got it it broke down and now I'm basically putting at least 1200 dollars of work on it .. They sold me a lemon

I have bought several used cars in my lifetime, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I am appalled by Carmart and Insiders' willingness to say they have customer service at all. Once you hand over that money, they will forget you and drop you before you even blink. I would return my car in a heartbeat if I were not leaving the state tomorrow. Please, do not fall for their empty promises. They will not get the work done for you, they will not do it in your time frame, they will not make sure it is done well, they will not call you, they will not be helpful. Their assurances are worthless. They have no respect for the customer but worst of all - they have no respect for themselves.
