They have lost at least 3 packages in the last year with the driver stating it was delivered. Customer service is a joke, putting me on hold then hanging up. I filed with a claims specialist for this outrageous behaviour. I'm contemplating calling the police for theft, but since stealing someone's mail is a Federal offense, then it would be the FBI.

this UPS has lost my package, and failed to even let me know about this. In addition I have attempted to make contact with them via the telephone, and it just rings, rings, rings endlessly. I will not do any future business with this UPS and it may very well leave a sour taste in my mouth for all UPS! the only reason that I am giving it a one star rating is because I can not leave my comment unless I give it a rating. It really should not have any percentage of a star colored in.
