Do not use this company!!!!!! They have horrible service and the office staff is extremely rude! When it comes to scheduling your install they give you the time they want. They are not willing to work with you on your time. Once I had my unit installed I had to call them back for a service call and it took them a week to come out. If i am to buy any appliances in the future I will make sure they no longer sent Thompson's out or Elite Home Installations as they change their name. I wonder why!?
