We went twice in 3weeks the first time they madeus wait 2hrs for a table and we only had 6 people in our party . When we asked about our table after waiting two hours they told us since there was only 5 of us we had to wait for the 6 person and then we could get on the list..we left...second time it was 19 of us we all were there and we still had to wait 2 hrs. And keep asking about our table after 2 hrs. When we got our table we only had one slow waiter who could not get orders right ....food is good but service is terrible!!!!!

are you kidding me?? read the reply from customer in March of 06......you are kidding right?? the whole freakin' place is filled with people of color, down to the managers, waiters AND barstaff!!! get a life and quit playing the race card....it's old, no longer funny and maybe you should go to Pappadeaux's if you want special service....Razoo's isn't a "let's wipe your bootie" kind of place! grow up and quit being a brat.

They have very good sevice and wonderful food. I cant believe they only have one star, they should have 5.

This establishment is openly racist. The managers are very rude to customers of color. Parties are not seated on a first come basis regardless of the size. They made no secret about the fact that they are seating others who entered the restaurant after our party arrived. Neither party called ahead. One manager actually yelled at our party, did not originally offer a hostess to seat us, just pointed to the table and told us that we could go and sit down. The district manager was in the restaurant at the time and we asked to speak to him. He refused to come over to our table. After about fifteen minutes, one of the other managers did come over. When our complaint about the way we were treated was explained to him, he just looked at us and said nothing. The atmosphere is one of 'we don't want your kind here anyway'. Concerns were addressed to the home office and to this date, after three months, no response has been given. The openly hostile attitude makes me question food cleanliness.
